2. Dimension Range
The dimension range of slewing bearings that FRB can produce is from 80mm to 3800mm

3. Tolerance and Clearance
The tolerance and clearance of slewing bearings that FRB produce comply with the standard JB/T10471. FRBcan produce the relative products according to individual requirement of different customers

4. Cages
The cages of FRB slewing bearings have different structures such as whole type, sectional type and separate type. Among which cages of whole type and sectional type are made of 20 steel or ZL102 aluminum casting alloys. Cages of separate type are made of polyamide resin 1010ZL102 aluminum casting alloys or QA110-3-1.5 aluminum bronze.

5. Lubrication
Slewing bearings mostly work in the condition of heavy load, low speed, so generally it is extremely more satisfied to impose filling lubrication. The grease FRB commonly use concludes calcium grease, lithium grease, aluminum grease and high temperature grease, etc. Customers can choose the most suitable grease according to the specific conditions.

6. Seal
Because slewing bearings mostly work in the condition of heavy load, low speed, the seal of FRB bearings is adopted rubber seal and labyrinth seal. Rubber seal has the good performance of simple structure, little space, seal stability and has been widely used. However, labyrinth seal is only used when slewing bearings work in high temperature condition.
